The Regional Manager ( Kolkata ) , India Trade Promotion Organisation , International Trade Facilitation Centre at 1/1, Wood Street, Kolkata-700 016 invite sealed quotation for Computer Registration Desk related to 13th ILGF at Kolkata.
 
The 13th International Leather Goods Fair ( ILGF ),  will be held during February 22-24, 2008 at Netaji Indoor Stadium , Kolkata where  leather and leather related products, leather machineries would be on display. Approximately about 1000 visitors will visit this fair every day.
 
Our requirement : We require two nos. P-IV computers and one printer on hire basis for the fair days i.e. from 22rd February, 2007 to 24th February, 2008. The computers will be used for registration of business visitors. Two manpower will be required , one of them will be engaged for registration of visitors and another will be engaged for data entry.
 
Last date for submission of quotation : Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 7th December , 2007  at 1.00 pm in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address :
