Sub: Quotation for Computer Information Desk for 17th International Leather Goods Fair ( ILGF ) , Feb 18-20, 2012, Milan Mela Complex, Kolkata .

The Regional Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation , International Trade Facilitation Centre, 1/1, Wood Street, Kolkata-700 016 invites sealed quotation for Computer Information Desk during the above fair.

The fair will have leather and leather related products and machineries on display.

Our requirement : We require two nos. P-IV computers and one printer on hire basis for the fair days i.e. from 18th February, 2012 to 20th February, 2012. The computers will be used for registration of business visitors. Two persons will be required , one of them will be engaged for registration of visitors and another will be engaged for data entry.

Last date for submission of quotation : Quotation on company’s letter head duly signed and stamped by the authorised signatory may be sent to us on or before 20.1.2012 by 3.00 pm in sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope at the following address :

Opening : 20.01.2012 at 3.30 pm in the presence of the agencies who wish to be present.
ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier irrespective of the lowest quotation.
