Sub: Still Photography and Video Photography for 4th East Himalayan Expo, Siliguri, December 10 – 19, 2010 The Regional Manager(Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation, International Trade Facilitation Centre at 1/1 Wood Street, Kolkata 700 016 invite sealed quotation for Still Photography and Video photography related to 4th East Himalayan Expo, Siliguri. The 4th East Himalayan Expo(EHE) will be held during December 10 – 19, 2010 at Paribahan Nagar (Matigara) Siliguri, where different kinds of consumer durable products and machineries would be on display. We require the 4” x 6” colour photographs(still) of 100 numbers and Video Photography for entire programme. Last date for submission of quotation : Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 30/11/2010 at 1.00 pm in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address :
Opening date : 6/12/2010 at 3.00 pm in the presence of the agencies who wish to be present. ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier irrespective of the lowest quotationer. Note : The Agency in Siliguri City region will only be considered. |
