Sub: Quotation for Security arrangements for 15th ILGF, Kolkata, Feb 19 – 21, 2009. The Regional Manager ( Kolkata ) , India Trade Promotion Organisation , International Trade Facilitation Centre at 1/1, Wood Street, Kolkata-700 016 invite sealed quotation for Security Personnel related to 15th ILGF at Kolkata. The 15th International Leather Goods Fair ( ILGF ), will be held during February 19-21, 2010 at Netaji Indoor Stadium , Kolkata where leather and leather related products machineries would be on display. The security arrangements are required round the clock for the entire fair period. We are placing below the requirement of our security arrangements.
Total Security Guards 33 nos. and total Security Supervisor 6 nos. The arrangements will be made on 12 hours basis.
