Sub: Quotations for the Construction & Decoration of India Pavilion, APLF, Hong Kong, March’2012

 India Trade Promotion Organisation(ITPO) will organize India Pavilion in Asia Pacific Leather Fair, Hong Kong scheduled to be held from March 28-30,2012. India Pavilion is located in two locations, viz, Hall No.1 (MMT) and Hall No.3(Fashion Access).

 

     The approximate area under India Pavilion may be 700 to 800 sq.mtrs. However, actual area may increase/decrease depending upon the response received from Indian companies. Each exhibitor will be allotted 9 sqm. space or in multiples of 3 sqm.  Actual details of exhibitors with area allotted will be intimated in due course to fabricate the stall accordingly. The following package will be offered to the participants in India Pavilion

     In addition to above facilities, each stall will be provided with carpet flooring and facia. Corner stalls, if any, will have two facia.. Names of the exhibiting companies will be provided while sending the final lay out plan of India Pavilion. Illuminated Title Graphics “INDIA” are to be provided over 3 mtr. Height as per plan attached. Title Graphio will have “INDIA” in local language also.

 

     Please send us your QUOTATION per sq.mtr. Rate inclusive of ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION CHARGES WITH APPLICABLE TAXES, IF ANY addressed to GM, Leather Fairs Unit, ITPO in sealed envelope to the following address  by Courier superscribing on the envelope “Quotations for the Construction & Decoration of India Pavilion, APLF, Hong Kong, March’2012”:-

Please also find attached herewith two separate forms for 1)TECHNICAL BIDS AND 2) FINANCIAL BIDS  which may please be filled up and put in two separate sealed covers superscribing thereon Technical Bid and Financial Bid on the other cover and both these covers may be put inside the main sealed cover.

 

The above sealed quotation has to reach us latest on or before 3.00 PM on 15thDECEMBER, 2011. The electrical consumption ordering deadline, as specified by fair organizer, is to be followed. ITPO will not be responsible for any delay in placing of order. In case there is additional charges for delayed power requirement, the surcharge will be borne by the agency.

 

     The tentative design of Indian Pavilion and Title Graphic “INDIA” is attached for your reference/evaluation of services.

 

     ITPO intends to award the job to an agency initially for a period of one year which can be further extended to another two years at the same rate subject to satisfactory execution of the job. If you are interested, kindly give your acceptance/quote for THREE YEARS, i.e. APLF 2013,2014,2015. Once the job award letter is issued to the successful bidder by India Trade Promotion Organisation, the company will not quit the job in between and has to complete the job for three years. India Trade Promotion Organisation will retain 5% performance money from the first year job value which will be adjusted in the third  year invoice. If the company quits the job in between the performance money will be forfeited. Please also mention the details of Indian representatives as to have better coordination in execution of the project.

 

     ITPO may withdraw/cancel the offer at its sole discretion.
