The Manager(E), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender from the reputed and well experienced firms having requisite trained manpower, T&P, own workshop facility for carrying out repair & testing facility etc. up to 3.00PM on 15.03.2007 for the work of Annual Contract for maintenance of Window type AC units/Split type AC units of different makes for one year, extendable for another one year on the basis of satisfactory performance. Tenders will be opened at 3.30PM on the same day. Tender forms will be issued to only those who produce documentary proof of having satisfactorily completed similar works of the value during period 2003-06 in any Govt./Autonomous/Public Sector Undertaking as under. Proof of such experience in the shape of satisfactory completion certificate indicating quantity of AC under contract and location etc. issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Manager will have to be produced by the intending bidders for issue of tender documents.

1. Average annual financial turnover during three last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost given herein under.

2. Experience of having successfully completed similar work in a Govt. Deptt./PSU/ITPO/EPC/CPWD/MCD/NDMC/RAILWAYS/MES etc. during last 7 years ending August, 2006 of the following magnitude.

a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs.1,58,669/-
or
b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs.1,98,336/-
or
c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs.3,17,337/-

3. Similar work mentioned above refers to the Annual Maintenance Contract of window type/Split type AC units of capacity 1.5TR/2.0TR/3.0TR.

4. PAN/Works Contract Tax/TIN/Service tax/VAT(which ever is applicable) must accompany the letter of request for issue of tender documents.

Earnest money:	Rs.9,917/-
Performance guarantee deposit(to be deposited before award of work:	5% of the tendered amount(to be deposited before award of work)
Security deposit:	5% of the tendered amount.
Cost of tender:	Rs.500/- (Non-refundable)

The application for purchase of tender document will be received on all working days between 11.00AM. to 4.00PM up to 07.03.2007 in this office alongwith supported documentary proof of specified experience, cost of tender mentioned above (Non-refundable) in cash and valid PAN copy and copy of Work Contract Registration/TIN/Service tax/VAT (which ever is applicable) The earnest money should be deposited along with application form through cash/bank draft favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The last date of issue of tender document shall be 09.03.2007.
