SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sub: Submission of Techno-financial bids for operation of food & beverages outlets in Pragati Maidan on short-term licence basis (for 11 months only)

Proposals in sealed envelopes are invited for grant of short-term licence (11 months) in Two Bid Systems; (a) Technical Bid, (b) Financial Bid (on prescribed forms) from reputed domestic and international companies for the following:-

Proposal	Minimum Experience Required	Earnest Money to be deposited along with Financial Bid in the form of DD	Cost of Tender Document/ Application Form
Operation of food & beverage outlets in Pragati Maidan at Kiosk Nos. K-7, K-7A, K-10, K-12, Shop Nos. 2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,13, 14, 15,16,17,18,19,20,21, and 22	Three years in F&B Operations	25% of the quoted licence fee	Rs. 2000/-

The details of Food & Beverages Outlets have been given in the Guidelines, Terms & Conditions and Format for grant of license, which can be collected on payment of prescribed charges either by demand draft / pay order in favour of "ITPO, New Delhi" or in cash from the Dy. Manager (F&B), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No. 133, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi- 110001 (Tel. No. 23378131) from

10.11.2008 to 12.11.2008 between 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Sealed cover should be superscribed as "Offer for ________________________ (name of the food & beverage outlet) may be submitted to Sr. Manager (F&B) not later than 11.30 a.m. on 13.11.2008. The techno-financial bids will be opened on the same date at 12.00 noon.

ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any application(s) or withdraw tender notice of any food & beverages outlet without assigning any reason.
