AMENDMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS  

Subject: BID FOR PRAGATI FOOD COURT AND PRAGATI RESTAURANT IN PRAGATI MAIDAN, NEW DELHI 

Reference Tender Notices dated 02/05/2011 and 13/05/2011 published in the leading newspapers, the following amendments/ additions are made in the RFPs (Bid Documents) dated 02/05/2011 and 13/05/2011:-
  1. Pragati Food Court – (a) Schedule for Finalization of Bids / Allotment (page No.16 of Bid Documents)

    Existing 
    (i) Revision of RFP 20th May, 2011
    (ii) Receipt of Bids 27th May, 2011 at 3.00 PM
    (iii) Opening of Technical Bids 27th May, 2011 at 4.00 PM
    (iv) Opening of Financial Bids 3rd June,  2011 at 4.00 PM
    (v) Finalisation of Allotment/ Issue of Allotment letter 15th June, 2011
    (vi) Completion of formalities 20th June, 2011
    (vii) Allotment / Possession 1st July, 2011

    Amended as:- 
    (i) Revision of RFP 27th May, 2011
    (ii) Receipt of Bids 6th June, 2011 at 3.00 PM
    (iii) Opening of Technical Bids 6th June, 2011 at 4.00 PM
    (iv) Opening of Financial Bids 10th June,  2011 at 4.00 PM
    (v) Finalisation of Allotment/ Issue of Allotment letter 15th June, 2011
    (vi) Completion of formalities 20th June, 2011
    (vii) Allotment / Possession 1st July, 2011

 
  1. Charges applicable for Air-Conditioning and Blower (Annexure-D Sl. Nos. 5 & 6)
    Existing 
    Air Conditioning Charges (including power consumption)

     for 12 hours

    		 Rs. 16.00 lakhs per month from 01-07-2011 to 14-10-2011 and from 15-04-2012 to 14-10-2012.  If AC plant is required to be operated for a longer period by the licensee, proportionate charges will also be recovered.
    Blower Charges Rs. 2.30 lakhs per month from 15-10-2011 to 14-04-2012 and from 15-10-2012 to 14-04-2013.

 
    Amended as:- 
    Air Conditioning Charges (including power consumption) and Blower Charges As per actual electricity consumption on meter reading basis. The rate per unit will be Rs. 11/- (Eleven) per Unit.

    (c)  Operation of Pragati Food Court  Schedule-A, Terms & Conditions forming part of Licence Agreement ----- Clause No.4 

      Amendment & Addition 
      
      4.1 ---- to be read as 4.1(a) with addition of Clause 4.1(b) as under:- 

      “The Licensee shall use the Licensed Premises strictly for serving food/ beverages to the exhibitors and visitors to fairs / exhibitions and other related activities in Pragati Maidan. The Licensee is strictly prohibited from using the premises for catering of outside parties, holding/ organizing seminars, conferences, fairs/ exhibitions or any other trade promotion and trade related activities, banquets, reception, DJ, marriage and other religious ceremonies and rituals as well as functions having such connotations in the Licensed Premises, during the term of the License.  The list is indicative in nature and not exhaustive and decision of Licensor in this regard will be final and binding. No direct booking will be accepted by the licensee except for supporting the trade promotion and other related activities permitted by the licensor”. 
  1. Pragati Restaurant – (a) Schedule for Finalization of Bids / Allotment (page No.14 of Bid Documents)

    Existing 

    (i) Revision of RFP 1st June, 2011
    (ii) Receipt of Bids (Last day) 8th June, 2011 at 3.00PM
    (iii) Opening of Technical Bids 8th June, 2011 at 4.00PM
    (iv) Opening of Financial Bids 17th June, 2011 at 11.00AM
    (v) Finalisation of Allotment/ Issue of Allotment letter 20th June, 2011
    (vi) Completion of formalities 24th June, 2011
    (vii) Allotment / Possession 1st July, 2011
 
 
    Amended as: 
    (i) Revision of RFP 27th May, 2011
    (ii) Receipt of Bids 13th June, 2011 at 3.00 PM
    (iii) Opening of Technical Bids 13th June, 2011 at 4.00 PM
    (iv) Opening of Financial Bids 16th June,  2011 at 11.00 AM
    (v) Finalisation of Allotment/ Issue of Allotment letter 17th June, 2011
    (vi) Completion of formalities 24th June, 2011
    (vii) Allotment / Possession 1st July, 2011
 
  1. Charges applicable for Air-Conditioning (Annexure-D- (Sl No. 5)

    Existing 

    Air Conditioning Charges (including power consumption)

     for 12 hours

    		 Rs. 3.08 lakhs per month from 01-07-2011 to 14-10-2011 and from 15-04-2012 to 14-10-2012.  If AC plant is required to be operated for a longer period by the licensee, proportionate charges will also be recovered.

     Amended as:- 
    Air Conditioning Charges (including power consumption)

     

    		 As per actual electricity consumption on meter reading basis. The rate per unit will be Rs. 11/- (Eleven) per Unit.
