Sub: India’s participation in Cairo International Fair, March 11-22, 2010 -         Quotation for Construction/Decoration of Booths

The quotations are invited for construction and decoration work of India Pavilion in Cairo International Fair scheduled from March 11-22, 2010 in Hall No.4 (Ground Floor) measuring an area of 504 sq. mtrs. The total area of India Pavilion is to be built by all section from German system octanorm. The carpet colour inside the booths will be of dark red and of the passage dark green.

The display aids in the booths are also to be provided as per the layout plan. Please provide us your detailed quotation for the entire job including supply of display aids and graphics, as shown in the layout plan.

Please also provide us the price list for the furniture as well as props as some participants may require additional items. The sealed offers along with the profiles of the companies with past experience of handling of India Trade Promotion Organisation’s fairs should reach Shri R.K.
