TENDER NOTICE
Sub: Inviting of bids for installation of touch screen kiosks on hire basis
India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) invites sealed technical and commercial bids separately from eligible companies for installation of “Touch Screen Kiosks” on hire basis at various points in Pragati Maidan during various select exhibitions for a period of one year. The job requirements are briefly listed below:

Installation of touch-screen kiosks on per kiosk per day hire basis at various locations in Pragati Maidan during select exhibitions. The number of kiosks to be installed would vary from event to event.

Provision of bi-lingual (Hindi/English) tailor-made multi-media master software with search options and layout plan of Pragati Maidan with locations of exhibition halls etc. and provision of pop-up windows for advertisements. The software offered should be amenable to amendments to suit the requirements of different events in Pragati Maidan. For the duration of one year, the bidding company would be responsible to amend the software for different events. |

1. Hardware - Latest configuration with suitable licensed software(s) to meet the requirements.
2. Multi-media master software should include:
- Details of the participating companies
- Search options – companywise details, locations of various companies in various halls, productwise listing of companies with their respective locations.
- Layout plan of Pragati Maidan with locations of exhibition halls and other locations of various services/facilities etc.
- Layouts of various exhibition halls
- Brief history of the particular fair and the contact persons for the event
- Brief history of ITPO
- Layout plan of public conveniences for general public
- Any other details required from time to time
3. Notes:
- The bidding company should have a minimum 2 years' experience in such jobs.
- Services of suitable number of technical persons for day-to-day maintenance of the equipments and the software and guiding visitors on use of the kiosks
- Insurance cover for the equipments.
- Clarifications, if any, could be sought from Shri Prem Singh, Market Analyst (tel: 011-23371952) between 10-00 am and 05-30 pm. on working days
- Estimated quantity of the touch screen kiosks would vary from event to event and could go upto 20 or more numbers.
- Payment to be released in full after the completion of the job.
- The bidding company should have a minimum turnover of Rs.20 lakh during the last fiscal year for this kind of job.
- If the party fails to complete the job by the stipulated time, ITPO shall have right to impose penalty of 10 percent of the value of the contract.
ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without giving any reason thereof. The bidders may, if desired, attend the opening of bids or depute their representative with authorization letter from the company.
