Expression of Interest-cum pre-qualification of companies for development of software for on-line booking of exhibitions space

India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt. Of India enterprise, engaged in the trade promotional activities including organisation of trade fairs in India and abroad, has 15 exhibition halls which are used for organising exhibitions not only by ITPO but also by other organisers. In order to enable the non-ITPO organisers of exhibitions to ascertain the availability of halls/space in various exhibition halls as also other facilities like theatres, conference halls etc. and also booking the same on-line, ITPO is looking for software development companies interested in developing a software to facilitate on-line booking of exhibition space and other facilities in Pragati Maidan. The proposed software would include details like layout plans of various exhibition halls and facilities (theatres, conference halls), area of respective halls/facilities, date-wise booking position of halls (in part or full), tariff for the booking etc. etc.

In order to short-list companies for the above job, ITPO invites expression of interest-cum-pre-qualification bids from interested companies in the prescribed proforma.
