Sub: Provision of an 8 mbps Leased Line on annual basis

India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt. of India enterprise, intends to upgrade its existing 4 mbps leased line to 8 mbps to cater to the increased lead of internet and e-mail connections. For this purpose, General Manager, Computer Depart, ITPO invites sealed technical and commercial bids from internet service providers (ISPs) registered in Delhi or its authorized distributors/resellers.

The selected company would be required to provide an end-to-end solution namely laying of leased line, local loop ( if any), supply of modem and other peripherals and the configuration of leased line in LAN environment of ITPO in association with ITPO’s IT engineers.

The bidding process would be a two packet system viz. technical and commercial. The commercial bids of those bidding companies which are found technically qualified will only be opened.
