India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt. of India enterprise, organizes various exhibitions in its exhibition halls in Pragati Maidan. For the convenience of participants and business visitors from India and overseas during these Fairs, ITPO plans to engage an agency for setting up business centres-cum-cyber cafes during its exhibitions for a period of one year. For this purpose, we shall require varying quantities of computers and laser printers with internet facility on hire basis.

ITPO invites sealed technical and commercial bids from interested and experienced Delhi and NCR based companies. The envelope containing the bids should be superscribed with the tender No. and “Tender for setting up Business Centre and Cyber Café”. Interested and experienced companies may send their sealed quotations in the prescribed proformae as per schedule below:

• Cost of tender document :      Rs. 300/- through demand draft or in cash

• Earnest money deposit :            Rs. 2,000/- through demand/bank draft

• Last date for sale of tender :      March 27, 2009 (upto 05.00 pm)
