ITPO invites sealed bids for supply of 300 user licences of anti-virus for single office location to be used in LAN environment with support for Lotus Domino 6.5 mail server for 3 years with media pack to be valid for three years.

Interested companies may quote their competitive prices in the tender form which may either be downloaded from our website www.indiatradefair.com or collected from the following address at a cost of Rs. 500/- in cash or by way of bank draft favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at Delhi/New Delhi. Those downloading the tender form from the website may deposit the tender fee at the time of submitting the sealed bids.

The last date for collecting the tender form is May 29, 2007. Sealed bids along with bank draft for Rs. 10,000/- towards the earnest money deposit may be submitted at the address given below by 3.00 pm on May 30, 2007. The bids shall be opened at 4.00 pm on May 30, 2007 in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who wish to be present.
