Note:

1. All hard discs are covered in the maintenance.

2. Quotes should cover preventive maintenance including removal of virus, cleaning floppy drives and oiling of moving parts in the case of printers every three months and when called for in the event of break-down.

3. The contract will be valid for a period of two years and the period of AMC will be informed after the finalization of the contract. The rates quoted will remain in force for the full period of contract.

4. The AMC charges will be payable at the end of each quarter based on satisfactory services for the quarter.

5. All taxes - VAT, Octroi, Service Tax, etc., if any should be included in the prices quoted for the AMC.

6. Please attach a copy of valid service authorization certificate from the manufacturer viz. HP, EPSON, Wiro, etc.

7. The firm/company should be in existence for over 5 years in the trade with the maintenance business having service business turn over of more than Rs.20 lakhs per annum during the last 2 years ending March 31, 2006.

8. The firm/company should have a previous maintenance contract for at least two years with a Government Department/Public Sector Undertaking in Delhi. The company should furnish statement of previous work for the last two years.

9. The company should produce copies of documents relating to allocation of service tax registration number, VAT registration number and PAN number.

10. The vendor will provide one resident service engineer on all the working days from 10.00AM to 6.00PM. The engineer would be equipped with mobile phone to ensure their availability. Amount will be deducted if any Service Engineer remains absent/leave without providing substitute.

11. Bidders must submit Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.3500/- in the form of Bank Draft favouring "India Trade Promotion Organisation", New Delhi along with the quotation letter. Quotation received without earnest money will not be considered. The earnest money deposited by successful tenderer shall be retained as the Security deposit for the fulfillment of performance of the terms and conditions of the contract. The security deposit will be refundable after successful completion of the contract. Earnest money received from other unsuccessful tenderer will be returned without interest on demand.

12. The successful bidder will have to deposit 5% of the contract value within 7 days after the issue of letter to deposit the Performance Guarantee before award of work.

13. The jurisdiction in case of disputes shall be the courts of Delhi/New Delhi.

14. ITPO can accept or reject any offer at its discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

The tender documents can be collected in person on payment of Rs.500/- in cash or by way of demand draft of the said amount favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation, payable at New Delhi. Tender form can be downloaded from our website: www.indiatradefair.com and the tender cost deposited alongwith the bid by way of demand draft. The last date for sale of tender is 18h April 2007.

Technical and commercial bids are required to be submitted separately in sealed covers marked "Quotations for AMC for Wipro Computers, EPSON Printers, etc." written on the envelope and sent to Mrs. S. Swami, Senior Manager, Computer Department, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Ground Floor, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 by 24th April 2007 upto 3.00PM. The tender will be opened on 24.4.2007 at 3.30PM.
