Senior Manager, Trade Information Division,  on behalf of CMD, India Trade Promotion Organisation invites technical and commercial bids from authorized dealers/distributors for supply and installation of computer hardware, peripherals and software items mentioned in the tender form with the minimum configuration mentioned along with the hardware items.  The configuration of computer hardware and peripherals could be higher than specified in the tender form.

            The quantity of items (both hardware & software) mentioned in the tender form may be revised upward.

• Cost of tender document           :           Rs. 200/- by way of demand draft or in cash
• Earnest money deposit              :           Rs. 5,000/- by way of demand/bank draft
• Last date for sale of tender        :           January 18, 2008 (upto 05.00 pm)

1. Tender document can be collected in person on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash or a demand/bank draft for the said amount favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation, payable at Delhi.  Tender form can also be downloaded from our website: www.indiatradefair.com and the tender cost deposited along with the Technical Bid in the form of DD.
   
   
2. Technical bid should be submitted in the prescribed format in sealed envelope with “Technical Bid for Supply & Installation of Computer Hardware/Software”  clearly written on the envelope.
   
   
3. Bidders are requested to submit: (i) copy(s) of certificate(s) from the manufacturer to the effect of being its authorized distributor/reseller, (ii) Earnest money deposit of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of bank/demand draft favouring India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi and (iii) demand/bank draft towards the tender document cost of Rs. 200/- if not already deposited with ITPO or the copy of the receipt from ITPO if tender fee has already been deposited.
   
   
4. Commercial bid should contain the unit price and the total amount in respect of each hardware and software item based on the estimated quantity which is mentioned in the tender.  The tax applicable on the items - both in terms of percentage as well as the total tax amount - must be clearly mentioned.
   
   
5. Clarifications, if any, may be sought UPTO January 18, 2008 between 10.30 am and 05.00 pm on working days.
   
   
6. ITPO reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason.
   
   
7. Technical and commercial bids must be submitted latest by January 21, 2008 (upto 03.00 pm) to:
