The Manager (Elect) Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tenders for the following work from the Air-Conditioning Equipments Package/Split Type hiring  upto 03.00PM on 25.02.2008  which will be  opened  by  him or  his authorized representative on the same day at 03.30PM.

The tenders shall be issued to  only those eligible  contractors and  specialized agencies who  produce along with application  definite  proof  from the appropriate authority to having successfully completed three similar works each of minimum  Rs.12,13,160.00  or two similar works each of minimum value of Rs.15,16,450.00 or one similar work of minimum value of  Rs.24,26,320/-  during last 7 years ending  31.12.2007.  The similar work means the work of providing air-conditioning equipment package/split on hire basis for events/exhibitions in Central/State Govt./Autonomous  Body, Public Sector Undertakings/event organizers like CII/FICCI etc.

Earnest Money should be deposited alongwith application form for issue of tender documents through bank draft in favour of ITPO , New Delhi during the working days.   Application without earnest money in prescribed form shall not be entertained.  The intending  tenderers must produce along with application attested copies of registration under Delhi value added tax act 2004 and attested copies of the PAN No.,/TIN and Sale Tax Clearance/Work Contract Tax Registration /Service Tax  which ever is applicable between 10.00AM to 05.00PM on all working days upto 21.02.2008.  Tenders will be issued to  prospective tenderers on 22.02.2008.

The contractor shall produce original documents  when asked  to do so  before sale of tender documents to him.   The tender of the contractor who do not   deposit  the earnest money in the  aforesaid manner shall be summarily  rejected.
