TENDER NOTICE FOR OPERATION OF
FOOD & BEVERAGE OUTLETS
Proposals in sealed envelopes are invited / re-invited for grant of short term licence (11 months) in Two Bid Systems; (a) Technical Bid, (b) Financial Bid (on prescribed forms) from reputed domestic and international F&B operators for the following:-

The detailed Guidelines, Terms & Conditions and Format for grant of license can be collected on payment of prescribed charges either by demand draft / pay order in favour of “ITPO, New Delhi” or in cash from the Sr. Manager (F&B), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No. 133, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi- 110001 (Tel. No.23379232 & 23378131) on any working day from 2.11.2007 to 8.11.2007 between 11.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The application can also be downloaded from ITPO’s website (www.indiatradefair.com). However, in this case the bidder has to enclose a DD of Rs. 1000/- for shops & kiosks and Rs. 500/- for vending points respectively towards application processing charges along with the Technical Bid. Sealed cover superscribed “Offer for Unit No. ______/ Shop No. _____/Vending Points for_________. Separate offer for each unit / kiosk / vending points may be submitted to Sr. Manager (F&B) not later than 2.30 p.m. on 10.11.2007. The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 3.00 p.m. Financial bids of those considered eligible after evaluation of technical bids, will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on 12.11.2007.
ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any application(s) or withdraw tender notice of any unit/kiosk without assigning any reason.
