Tender Notice
Sub: Quotation for construction /Decoration of India Pavilion at India Trade Show, Mexica City, Mexico, February 28- March 2,2012. Please find attached herewith two separate forms for 1)TECHNICAL BIDS (Annexure-1) AND 2) FINANCIAL BIDS (Annexure-II) which may please be filled up and submitted in two separate sealed covers superscribing thereon Technical Bid and Financial Bid on the other cover and both these covers may be put inside the main sealed cover. All the bidder are requested to enclose Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) by way of demand draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation along with the Technical Bid. Bid without EMD will not be considered. The tentative design of Indian Pavilion and Title Graphic “INDIA” is attached for your reference/evaluation of services. Once the Job Award letter is issued to the successful bidder by India Trade Promotion Organisation, the company will not quit the job in between and has to complete the job. If the company quits the job in between the Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited. Please also mention the details of Indian representatives as to have better coordination in execution of the project. The sealed offers, both Technical and Financial, in separate envelopes, (both these covers may be put inside the main sealed cover) should reach the undersigned on or before 3.30 pm by 18th January 2012 in Room No.207, Administrative Block, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
