SHORT NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sub: Hiring of LED Wall for India Pavilion - Shanghai Expo 2010

Quotations are invited on the item rate basis on behalf of the Commissioner General, India Pavilion by the Director, India Pavilion from manufacturers/dealers/authorized contractors etc., for the following items so as to reach him by 3.30 (according to Shanghai Time) PM on 11.7.2010, by email at the following email address: dknangia_itpo@yahoo.com

Rental charges for providing & fixing floor mounted LED Screen(s), with suitable frames, against the existing walls in Amphi Theatre & Dome in India Pavilion at Expo 2010, as per specifications given in Annexure 1 & 2. The cost of control console and all other equipment required for running the screens, should be quoted. Costs of operation and maintenance etc. from end July to October 31, 2010, should be included in the quotation. 3 mtrs x 5 mtrs (approx.) P10 (Daylight type). 2 mtrs x 3 mtrs (approx.) – P 6 (Indoor type)	ONE ONE		Per Square Metre Per Square Metre

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Technical details of the equipment should be provided along with the quotation.

2.The LED Screen(s) to be installed/commissioned within 10 days of issue of work
   order.

3. Quotation should include all costs i.e. cost of packing / unpacking/repacking;
    transportation of equipment to and from India Pavilion at Expo 2010, installation,
    commissioning, operation & maintenance during the entire duration of the Expo,
    from 9.30 AM to 10.30 PM and the operator should be available during this
    period. The expo will run up to 31^st October, 2010.

4. The entire responsibility of packing/unpacking/repacking, transportation of
    equipment to and from India Pavilion at Expo 2010, installation, testing,
    commissioning, running/operation, maintenance and insurance etc. of the LED
    Screen(s) will be of the contractor.

5. All liabilities towards staff deputed for operation and / or maintenance of the
     equipment shall be with the contractor.

6. Taxes, if any applicable, are to be paid by the contractor and should be included in
     the quoted rate.

7. Contractor must ensure compliance with all local laws and keep India Pavilion and
    its staff indemnified against any claims whatsoever.

8. Running bill should be submitted by the approved contractor on a monthly basis,
    for release of payment by the India Pavilion.

9. No advance payment will be made.

10. 10% of the monthly bill for the 1^st month will be retained as performance
     guarantee. This will be refunded on successful completion of the contract.

11. Demonstration of the product will be given by the agency in Shanghai.

12. Quality certification details to be provided.

13. Testimonials from clients should be submitted.

14. Background details of the contractor including experience in the field should be
      provided.

15. Client list to be submitted.

16. India Pavilion reserves the right to cancel the quotation without assigning any
      reason.
