Details of the Project:

India Trade Promotion Organisation has been allotted space in Hall 1.

The total area allotted to ITPO is 750 sq mtrs and area required to be built up is 240 sq mtrs i.e. Block E030-F039 and Block F030-G039 (120 sq mtrs each).

A design plan with all specifications (display aids, graphics, furniture, lights, fascia etc) showing all the booths is attached. The same has to be followed.

Every booth of 9 sq mtrs will have partition panels (2.5 mtr), carpet as shown, fascia with company name and booth no. ( 2 side open stands to have two fascias), 5 spot lights with adjustable arm (100 watt each), 4 sets of 2 level shelves, one lockable counter, four chairs, one round table, one electric socket, one waste paper basket and ash tray. Accordingly, items to be provided in booths of 6 sq mtr, 12 sq mtr and 15 sq mtrs have been clearly shown in the plan.

The colour details of Title Graphics (INDIA) and placement has been clearly shown in the plan.

Details/Names/Booth No. for the fascia are attached separately.

ITPO will arrange the main electricity point (one in each block) from fair authorities and the agency will undertake distribution of the same in the stands as per requirement.

The job includes transportation of construction/design material/fittings, drayage, assembling, dismantling and maintenance of the India Pavilion.

General Information and Rules/regulation of fair authorities i.e Messe Koln are adhered to while undertaking the project and the websites www.anuga.com and www.koelnmesse.com may be referred to in this regard.

The material to be used by the agency has to be of a very high quality. The agency is also required to send a list quoting rates of additional display aids and furniture, if required by participants directly.

You are requested to forward the sealed quote as per our layout plan. The quotes should be in two different envelopes with clear marking as Technical & Financial offer :

Technical – Brief of the Agency and the major international jobs done in last 3 years including technical details of the job. Actual photographs of the material to be used i.e. panels, lights, display aids, furniture, graphics etc. along with a 3D view of the booths and the total site (with graphics) is required to be submitted.

Financial – Total price to be quoted (in Euros) inclusive of all Taxes for the job as per details in the design plan.

ITPO reserves the right to:

To make minor changes in the plan or change the design/colour scheme of Title Graphs.

ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal at any time prior to award of contract/order, without assigning any reasons and without any liability on ITPO.

The quotations must reach in ITPO in all respect latest by August 18, 2009 by 3 pm in Room No 112 addressed to undersigned. The quotes will be opened on the same day.
