ENQUIRY

 Dear Sir,

            We shall be grateful to receive your sealed quotation for supply of the following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf.  Quotations indicating price, time of delivery, with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where applicable should reach us on or before 28th January, 2008 at 3.00pm.The received quotation shall be opened at 3.30pm on the same day.

            The following machines are required on Hire Basis for short period for various fairs being organized by India Trade Promotion Organization(ITPO) to be held in Pragati Maidan upto 31st January, 2010.  The party has to make their own arrangements for transportation of the machines.  The rates should be quoted on per day basis for each machine separately.

1.  Fax Machine Plain paper (Maximum two/Three machines at a time).

 
Note:

1.    The quantum of job per annum may be around Rs.70,000/- in case of               photo copy machines and Rs.12000/- in case of Fax Machines.
2     The approved agency has to submit an interest free Security Deposit
 of Rs.2000/- alongwith agreement.
