Subject: Service tax @ 10.30% on processing fee of permission/approval for holding International Fairs/Exhibition in India.

The service Tax @ 10.30% will now be applicable on processing fee of permission/approval for holding International Fairs/ Exhibition anywhere in India with effect from November 1, 2011.

All applicants are requested to remit processing fee for holding International Fairs/Exhibition anywhere in India along with 10.30% service Tax.
