Sub: Bid Documents for allotment of F&B outlet Nos. 7, 8 and 9 in
        Pragati Maidan on licence basis



India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) holds 123 acres of prime venue in the heart of Delhi, known as Pragati Maidan. It is the hub of exhibition activities round the year. Nearly 100 exhibitions/trade fairs and other events are organized at Pragati Maidan every year with wide national and international participations.

The exhibition complex at Pragati Maidan comprises of 18 halls and 29 State and Central Govt. Pavilions with a total covered exhibition space of over 1,25,000 sq.mts. In addition, the premises consist of four open air theatres, one Cinema Hall and four Conference halls/Committee Rooms. A number of conventions, seminars, symposia and conferences are also organized at these places during the tenure of different fairs/exhibitions.

Pragati Maidan attracts nearly 3 million visitors every year and their number is growing constantly. A significant number of these visitors are foreign and domestic business visitors/ delegates. It has been recognized that to cater to the food and beverage requirements of the visitors/participants/delegates, Pragati Maidan should be able to offer a wide range of quality cuisine.

ITPO, through this bid, intends to allot the F&B Outlet Nos. 7, 8 and 9 on licence basis for a period of 20 Days.

F&B Outlet No.7
(i) Location – (Behind Hall No.1).
(ii) Area – 92 Sq.Mtr. as per enclosed plan.
(iii) Cooking is not permitted.
(iv) Menu – Take away items/ready to eat foods/processed & packed foods/snacks/ hot & cold beverages (non-alcoholic).
(v) Basement of the premises is not to be used.
(vi) Use of open paved area in front of the outlet is not permitted.
(vii) The premises are allotted on ‘as is where is’ basis.

F&B Outlet No.8
(i) Location – (Behind Hall No.1).
(ii) Area – 472 Sq.Mtr. as per enclosed plan.
(iii) Cooking is permitted with PNG only (please note no gas cylinders, wood or charcoal are permitted).
(iv) Menu– Multi cuisine (self service) hot & cold beverages (nonalcoholic).
(v) Use of open paved area in front of the outlet is not permitted.
(vi) Basement of the premises is not to be used.
(vii) The premises are allotted on ‘as is where is’ basis.

F&B Outlet No.9
(i) Location – Near Hall No. 7.
(ii) Area– 216 Sq. Mtrs. with seating area of 115 Sq.Mtrs. as per enclosed plan + basement 216 Sq. Mtrs.
(iii) Cooking is permitted with PNG only (please note no gas cylinders, wood or charcoal are permitted).
(iv) Menu – Multi cuisine food and non alcoholic hot & cold beverages.
(v) Use of open paved area in front of the outlet is not permitted.
(vi) Basement of the premises can be used subject to NOC from DFS.
(vii) The premises are allotted on ‘as is where is’ basis.
