PART A – Stand Construction

PART B – Decoration of India Pavilion

1. Since 'India is Guest' of Honour at the show, the objective is to have a highly presentable look to the entire India Pavilion   The agency has to make a concept for entrance, theme area, signages, graphics and decoration of India Pavilion.

Note:
1. Agency has to send itemwise rate list for display aids/furniture for additional requirements directly by the participants.
2. The rates include assembling, dismantling, transportation, maintenance, daily cleaning of the India Pavilion.
3. Material i.e. displays aids, furniture, octonorm system should be of international standard.
4. Chair table provided in the booths to be of same type and colour.
5. Details of octonorm system to be used may be indicated.
6. VAT, if applicable, should be indicated separately.
7. Rates to be quoted in Euro.
8. Rates for services not included in the format may also be included.
9. One representative of the construction/decoration agency to be present for full time assistance during the exhibition i.e. till 21st Sept. 2008.
10. Agency to send a 3 dimensional concept of India Pavilion covering booths, theme area, decoration, signages, graphics etc.
11. Details of work executed in other exhibitions to be indicated.
12. ITPO reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
