Notice Inviting Quotations

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager (Elect.) ITPO for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from the manufacturer, authorized ealers/ distributors/ stockist so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 02.05.2012 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the Quotationers or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

1. The material will be supplied within seven days after receipt of supply order along with pre- receipts bill in triplicate.
2. No extra cartage will be paid for delivering the material at site.
3.The tenderer should quote the rates of required make and model only.
4. The tenderer should attached the attested copy of valid PAN and TIN/VAT No. as applicable
