Sub: Microwave Oven – 17 litres IFB Solo (with kit) as Diwali Gift

The India Trade Promotion Organisation (a Government of India Enterprise) is planning to give Microwave Oven – 17 litres IFB Solo (with kit) as Diwali Gift to its employees.

The quantities required by ITPO would be 1070 pieces. Of these 1026 pieces would be required at our Headquarters in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The balance quantities would be required at our Regional Offices at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore. The address, telephone no. of the contact persons in the respective offices is as follows:

The terms and conditions of supply of material will be as follows:

(i) The quantities shall reach our premises by 21st of October, 2011. If the material is not received by 21.10.2011, 5% of the value of Purchase Order shall be deducted from the bill of the company.

(ii) 80% of the total value of Purchase Order will be released on receipt of the material in our premises. The balance 20% shall be released within 7 days after the delivery.

(iii) The quotations shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation cost and all other values.

The interested companies/retailers/wholesalers/vendors/agencies/electronic retail chain stores dealing with the products may offer their rates in the sealed cover so as to reach the undersigned latest by 12.00 noon on 13th October, 2011. The quotations may be submitted in the Room No.250 of ITPO, Pragati Bhavan Annexe Building.
