NOTICE INVITING FOR HIRING OF DLY CARS/VEHICLES


Sealed tenders are invited for hiring of vehicles such as AC/ non-AC Ambassador, Indica, Maruti Esteem and Innova.

A) Not older than 2005 year model from the prospective
contractors recognized by the Department of Tourism,
Govt. of India / State Govt. any other reputed Public
Institution/body.

B) Having a fleet of 20 vehicles.

C) Should have at least two years experience in supply
Commercial vehicles / cars to any Central /State Govt.
Organisation or a large Public Sector Undertaking.

Parties not fulfilling the above conditions need not apply.


1. Last day of issue of tender : upto 12.00 hrs. on

2. Last date of depositing : 1500 hrs on 18.3.08

3. Time and date of opening : 1600 hrs. on 18.3.08

Subject : Hiring of DLY cars (air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned).

Dear Sir,

The India Trade Promotion Organization intends to hire DLY cars throughout the year for official use. The demands of DLY cars increase when ITPO hold fairs/exhibitions in Pragati Maidan. Every year during the month of November 25 to 30 numbers of cars are required to meet the transport needs. Our requirement would be non-AC ambassador, Indica, and Esteem, Innova /Qualis-air-conditioned/non air-conditioned.

The agency should have valid registration of 20 DLYs cars.

The agency should have minimum experience of two years of supplying of vehicles to Central Govt. organizations or large PSUs.

Yours sealed quotations for hiring of DLY cars must be submitted on prescribed form (Annexure-I) only in sealed cover latest by 18.3.08 by 1500 hours along with earnest money of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen Thousand only) by demand draft favoring India Trade Promotion Organization which will be opened at 1600 PM on the same day in the presence of renderers who wish to participate. Tenders/quotations without earnest money shall not be considered/opened. The complete tenders / quotations be dropped in the tender box kept in the room No.40-A, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.


Quotations received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
