The sealed tenders  are   invited from the prospective bidders for quoting rates for the following 6 diesel operated trolleys lying in the garage of India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi:-

Bidders are requested to quote their rates for the above 6 trolleys on ‘as is where is basis’.  In would be in the interest of the bidders to inspect the trolleys before quoting the rates which are lying at the above mentioned address  from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. For the inspection, the bidders may contact General Section,  Room No.40A, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The bidders will have to enclose a demand draft favouring  India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi for 25% of the quoted amount for the above 6 trolleys by 4/9/08 at 3.00 p.m. which will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in presence of tenderers, who wish to participate the bid may be submitted at the above address.

The successful bidder will have to deposit, the balance 75% amount through bank draft drawn in favour of India Trade promotion Organisation, New Delhi  within 5 days from the date of  issue of the award letter.

The trolleys will be required to be removed by the successful bidder from ITPO premises immediately at his own expense.

Failing to deposit the balance 75% of the biding amount by the successful bidder within the stipulated period as mentioned above, the earnest money deposited as bid will be forfeited.

Taxes etc., if any, will be payable by the purchaser.

ITPO reserves the right to reject all the bids without assigning any reason.
