Dear Sir,

The India Trade Promotion Organization intends to hire DLY cars throughout the year for official use. The demands of DLY cars increase when ITPO hold fairs/exhibitions in Pragati Maidan. Every year during the month of November 25 to 30 number of cars are required to meet the transport needs. Our requirement would be non-AC ambassador, Indica, and Esteem/Quails - air-conditioned/non air-conditioned.

          The agency should have valid registration of 10 DLY's cars.

       The agency should have minimum experience of one year of supplying of vehicles to Central Govt.        organizations or large PSUs.

        Yours sealed quotations for hiring of DLY cars must be submitted on prescribed form (Annexure-I) only in sealed cover latest by 26.4.07 by 3.00 PM along with earnest money of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen Thousand only) by demand draft favoring India Trade Promotion Organization which will be opened at 5.00 PM on the same day in the presence of tenderers who wish to participate. The tenders/quotations and earnest money deposit have to be submitted in separate sealed covers. Tenders/quotations without earnest money shall not be considered/opened. The complete tenders / quotations be dropped in the tender box kept in the room No.40-A, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

         Quotations received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
