Sub: Hiring of DLY cars (air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned).

Dear Sir,

The India Trade Promotion Organization intends to hire DLY cars throughout the year for official use. The demands of DLY cars increases when ITPO holds fairs/exhibitions in Pragati Maidan. Every year during the month of November, a large number of cars are required to meet the transport needs. Our requirement would be non-AC Indica, AC Esteem, Innova /Tavera.

The agency should have valid registration of 20 DLY cars.

The agency should have minimum experience of two years of supplying of vehicles to Central Govt. organizations or large PSUs.

Yours sealed quotations for hiring of DLY cars must be submitted in prescribed form (Annexure-I) latest by 10.7.09 by 1500 hours along with earnest money of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) by demand draft favoring India Trade Promotion Organization which will be opened at 1600 hours on the same day in the presence of tenderers who wish to participate. Tenders/quotations without earnest money shall not be considered/opened. The complete tenders / quotations be dropped in the tender box kept in the room No.40-A, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
