Sub: Supply of Low Floor Battery Operated Golf Carts/Vehicles on rental
basis.

1. India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Government of India Enterprises, under the administrative control of Union Ministry Of Commerce, desires to operate on per day rental basis a fleet of battery- operated Low Floor Golf Carts with 8/ 12/ 14 seater, seating capacity during its mega event India International Trade Fair’2011 to be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from November 14-27,2011. The day to day requirement during IITF will be 15-20 Golf Carts. These battery operated vehicles may be used in other fairs organized by ITPO and by other Organisers during 2011-12. The vehicles will be required daily during the fair period including Saturdays/ Sundays and holidays, and will ply within the Pragati Maidan Complex. Initially the contract will be valid for a period of one year from date of agreement coming into effect and may be extended for one more year on satisfactory performance of the firm on the same Terms & Conditions.

2. You are requested to submit your bid as per the format enclosed herewith at Annexure-I, in a sealed cover enclosing a Bank Draft of Rs.30,000/- as earnest money, which will be converted into interest free security deposit for selected agency and refund in the case of the other agencies. Your quotation should be addressed to the under signed and dropped in the designated box for the purpose kept in Room No.40-A ( General Section ) India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110 001 by 4.8.2011 at 3.00 pm. The same will be opened at 4.00 pm on the same day in the presence of the bidders, who wish to attend.
