Subject : Supply of 2 Nos. of Golf Carts.


Dear Sir,
        India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Govt. of India Enterprise is in the process of purchasing two Golf Carts (One 6-seater and one 8-seater) to ferry VVIP's inside Pragati Maidan complex during various exhibitions. You are, therefore, requsted to kindly submit your rates for the above two Golf Carts along with technical data as per Annexure-I attached with this letter.

Kindly also indicate the details of after sales service indicating warrantee period and location of your workshop so that in the event of breakdown of the vehicle the same can be put in order within the reasonable time.

The quotation should also include all the taxes payable by ITPO including the charges on account of delivery of vehicle at our office located at Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

It may also be noted that the vehicle will be used in our mega event i.e. India International Trade Fair'08 to be held from November 14 – 27, 2008 in Pragati Mdian where number of foreign countries as well as foreign participants will participate.  Therefore, supplier should be in a position to deliver the vehicle well before the third week of October, 2008.

The above information should be submitted in a sealed envelop super-scribing quotation for purchase of Golf Carts by 29.9.08 by 3.00PM and dropped in the tender box kept in Room No.43, ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.  The received quotations will be opened on the same day at 4.00PM by Committee of ITPO officers including the representatives who wish to participate.
