Sub:- Supply of 7 nos. CNG operated low floor trolleys.

India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Government of India Enterprise, invites sealed Technical Bids and Financial Bids in separate envelopes from the manufacturers/suppliers for supply of 7 nos. CNG low floor trolleys (open type mini buses) having seating capacity of 12 – 14 persons. These trolleys are required for ferrying old/physically handicapped persons inside Pragati Maidan complex at New Delhi during various trade fairs and exhibitions. The trolleys should have wider entry gates so that physically handicapped persons could be taken inside these trolleys along with their wheel chairs.

Technical Bids should contain the following details for which marks will be awarded to the manufacturers/suppliers as per the maximum limit indicated against each attribute :

The manufacturer/supplier should not have suffered from any loss during the last 3 financial years. The manufacturers/suppliers will submit their annual financial audited reports for the last 3 years along with Technical Bids. A copy of the last income tax clearance certificate, and Registration Certificate of the manufacturer/supplier should also be enclosed with the technical bids.

Financial Bids should contain initial price of the vehicle indicating separately the price of the chasis, cost of fabrication of the body, after sales service, maintenance, etc, mode of payment, Central/State Taxes, road tax, if applicable, registration of vehicles with the concerned transport authority, delivery of the vehicles at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The manufacturers/suppliers who score minimum 80% marks in Technical Bids, will be selected for opening of their Financial Bids for which they will be intimated separately.

Technical Bids and Financial bids, along with above documents, superscribing the envelope "Technical Bid", and "Financial Bid" should be submitted to Sh. H.P. Sinha, Manager, Room No. 43, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi by 30.9.08 upto 3.00 p.m. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the manufacturers/their representatives who may wish to be present. The date of opening of the Financial Bids of selected manufacturers/suppliers will be intimated separately.

ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.

The trolleys are required to be delivered at ITPO's premises at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi by 31.10.2008 positively.
