Sub : Quotation  for Hiring of Cellular  on annual basis

Dear Sir,

                ITPO  would like    to empanel  the agency, who will provide  Mobile  Phone  on hire basis to ITPO,  to be used in our Fairs & Exhibitions held in Pragati Maidan , New Delhi.  The Company  will have to provide  Mobile Phones duly activated  alongwith battery  chargers to ITPO   as and when asked for and after concluding  the event, company  will  collect their Mobile Phones  alongwith  the chargers.   The terms   and conditions  for providing  Mobile Phones on hiring basis  are also enclosed for your information.
                  The Mobile Phones should have unlimited  local call  &   SMS facilities  with bar on STD / ISD.
                 
          On conclusion of the event the Company will submit the bill to ITPO  which will be processed for payment.   The  contract will be awarded  for one year  from the date  of award of contract.

                   In case   your company  is interested   to provide the above facility  to ITPO,  it is  requested to kindly submit your rates   on per phone, per day  on actual useage  basis in sealed cover envelope   subscribing   “  QUOTATION    FOR  MOBILE PHONES  ON HIRE  BASIS “ & drop in the Tender Box placed  in Room No. 40 A  , Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi by 22.10.2007  up to 1.00 P.M., which will be opened at 3.00 P.M.  on the same day in the  presence  of the representatives  of the  tenderers  who wish  to participate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS  FOR PROVIDING  MOBILES  PHONES
ON  HIRING  BASIS  TO I.T.P..O

1.    The   Mobile    sets     should      be  light  weight   in goods
           working   conditions. These should not  be more than one year
            old.

2.        Your  Representative will deliver the sets in General Section of ITPO  Premises  and you will  make  arrangement for collection of the same.


3.        In case  of any fault in the mobile sets, Battery & Charger your  representative will visit  our office immediately to rectify the  defects/  replacement of sets.


4.        The Mobile set should  be supplied with battery and chargers.


5.        ITPO reserves the right to cancel the work order   at time without assigning any reason.


6.         In  case  of any dispute/ claims the decision of CMD, ITPO will be final and binding on both the parties.


7.        During  the currency of contract, hiring   charges will not be enhanced.


8.        The  sets are on hire basis and have to be insured by you at your cost and risk.


9.         In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
