Proposals in sealed envelopes are invited for grant of short term licence   (11 months) in Two Bid Systems; (a) Technical Bid, (b) Financial Bid  (on prescribed forms) from reputed domestic and international F&B operators for sale/serving of tea & coffee by setting up of 10-20 vending points as per following details:-

The detailed Guidelines, Terms & Conditions and Format for grant of licence can be downloaded from ITPO’s website (www.indiatradefair.com). However, the bidder has to enclose a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-, in favour of “ITPO, New Delhi”, towards application processing charges along with the Technical Bid.  Both the sealed covers should be superscribed as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” for Vending Points for Tea & Coffee. The offer (Technical & Financial Bids) may be submitted to Sr. Manager (F&B) not later than 2.30 p.m. on 15.11.2007. The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 3.00 p.m. and the financial bids of those considered eligible after evaluation of technical bids, will be opened at 5.00 p.m. on the same day (i.e. 15.11.2007).  
ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any application(s) or withdraw tender notice without assigning any reason.
