India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Public Sector Enterprise of the Govt. of India invites sealed quotations from professionals/reputed firms for preparation of plastic photo ID Cards for dependents of employees for Medical Purpose. The quantity of cards to be issued will be between 4500 and 5000.

The sealed tenders should reach the undersigned latest by August 06, 2008 up to 3.00 p.m. and the sealed quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of available representatives of the agencies/firm. The terms and conditions will be as under:

» Rates (per card) quoted shall remain valid for 60 days.
» Sample of standard size ID Card be enclosed with quotation.
» Rates to be charged by the Agency for preparation of individual Duplicate ID Card in the event of loss of card or addition of dependent/employee and validity of rates per card thereon.
» Card will of the type of Credit Card (without Chain/tag) with details/printing on both sides.
» Details along with photograph (for scanning) will be provided by ITPO.
» Individuals detail to be printed in English whereas format will be bilingual.
» The exact size and design of the card will be provided by ITPO after finalization of tender/quotation.
» ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any reason.
