ITPO intends to empanel Placement Agencies i.e. for hiring of labourers, Girl Guide and other male staff for use by various participants in IITF'2009. The labour agencies will follows scrupulously the instructions issued from time to time about: Ensure proper and distinct uniform with their name & crest including on Caps for distinction. Proper Name Plates They should have arm badges like railway porters with will Sl. No. Their antecedents must be got verified through local Civil Police and following datas be kept:- Name (in full); Father’s Name Address Age/DOB Height Thumb Impression of left and right arm. Identification mark Sex Name of the Employing Agencies Contact No. of Employer ID Card No. Date of Issue Hologram of Agency Stamp & Signature of Issuing Authority. Verification on basis of PP/Voter I Card They must be issued photo I-Cards of the empanelled hiring agency which must be tamper proof plastic I-Cards. Supervisors to be available during currency of empanelment to maintain roster and discipline. Interested agencies are requested to kindly submit their quotations to Sr. Manager (Admn), Room No.218, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110 001 within 7 days from the date of publication. For allocation of space for opening their offices, the Placement Agencies will have to pay ITPO for the space and other facilities e.g. construction, electricity, furniture etc. |
