Quotation Notice
Sub:
Providing AMC ( non-comprehensive) for 35 mm Cine Projectors
and allied equipments installed in Shakuntalam Theatre, Pragati Maidan.
Sealed quotations are inviting by the undersigned on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 4.07.2011 by 3.00 P.M. The quotations shall be opened at the same day at 3.30P.M. in the presence of quotationers or their authorized representatives.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Four numbers of schedule services will be rendered (after every three months) and report submitted.
- In case of emergency call , on priority base call will be attended.
- No extra charges will be claimed for the emergency services.
- Spare parts required for the scheduled service/emergency service will be provided by the ITPO and no extra labour charges will be paid.
- AMC (non-comprehensive ) charges can be paid by the department after rendering every scheduled satisfactory service and no advance payment will be made.
- The rates offered should includes transportations etc. in all respect including service tax and all other taxes and E.P.F. no..
- ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- The validity of the quotation should be 90 days from the date of opening.
