Four numbers of schedule services will be rendered (after every three months) and report  submitted.
In  case of emergency call , on priority base call will be attended.
No extra charges will be claimed for the emergency services.
Spare parts required for the scheduled service/emergency service will be provided by the ITPO and no extra labour charges will be paid.
AMC (non-comprehensive) charges can be paid by the department after rendering every scheduled satisfactory service and no advance payment will be made.
The rates offered should include transportations etc. in all respect including service tax and all other taxes.
ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The validity of the quotation should be 90 days from the date of opening.
