Sealed quotations are inviting by the undersigned on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30.06.2008 by 3.00 P.M. The quotations shall be opened at the same day at 3.30P.M. in the presence of quotationers or their authorised representatives.

Name of work : Servicing of Projector (Shakuntalam Theatre) and allied equipments during the year 2008-09.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Four numbers of schedule services will be rendered (after every three months) and report submitted.

2. In case of emergency call , on priority base call will be attended.

3. No extra charges will be claimed for the emergency services.

4. Spare parts required for the scheduled service/emergency service will be provided by the ITPO and no extra labour charges will be paid.

5. AMC (non-comprehensive ) charges can be paid by the department after rendering every scheduled satisfactory service and no advance payment will be made.

6. The rates offered should includes transportations etc. in all respect including service tax and all other taxes.

7. ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.

8. The validity of the quotation should be 60 days from the date of opening. This notice may also be seen at website www.indiatradefair.com.
