Manager(Elect./AV), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.147, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi invites applications for tender for production and outdoor screen/presentation of a combined video film, laser projection and sound show(s) about 15 minutes each at Mansarover Lake in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi during IITF’2007 w.e.f. 14th November to 27th November, 2007 with or without revenue. latest by 5.00PM. on 14.09.2007

Estimated amount:	Rs.20,00,000.00
Earnest Money:	Rs.50,000.00 (to be deposited with application).
Tender Cost:	Rs.500.00(Non-refundable)
Performance Guarantee:	5% of the tendered amount
Security Deposit:	5% of the tendered amount.

The date of submission of bids (both Technical & Financial) is up to 3.00PM. on or before 20.09.2007 and the only technical bids will be opened at 3.30PM on same day. The information for opening of Financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.
