Notice Inviting Quotations (i) for the work of: “Production and outdoor screen/presentation of combined video film, laser projection and sound show of 15 minutes duration at Mansarover lake, in Pragati Maidan during IITF’2009 (November 14 – 27,2009) on hire basis. .w.e.f. 14th November to 27th November,2009, New Delhi”, (2) Estimated Cost : Rs.27,06,000/-(Rs. Twenty seven lakhs six thousand only), (3) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.54,120/- (Rs. Fifty four thousand one hundred twenty only) (4) Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.500/-(Rs. Five hundred only). Work eligibility criteria is as under:- (1) Average financial turnover during last 3 years ending 31.03.2009 should be atleast 30% of estimated cost of similar work. (2) Experience of having successfully carried out similar work for Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/Major Events Organisors during last 7 years ending 31.09.2009. (a) 3 works costing not less than 40% each of estimated cost Or (b) 2 works costing not less than 60% of estimated cost. Or (c) 1 work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost. Non transferable tender documents Containing description, schedule of work/ quantities, alongwith terms & conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Sr. Manager(Elect./AV) on production of cash receipt of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only)/DD in favour of ITPO, New Delhi. The Earnest money should be deposited in the name of ITPO along with the tender in separate envelope. The tender documents will be issued upto 13.10.2009 at 3.00pm (between 11.00am to 3.00pm) on all working days. Tenders will be received (Technical & Financial bids both combined) up to 3.00pm on 16.10.2009. The tenders (only Technical bids) will be opened on 3.30pm on 16.10.2009. The tender document should be submitted with certified copies, balance sheet and satisfactory completion certificate issued by concerned Govt./ Semi-Govt./PSUs/Major Events Organisors for the above work and earnest money in the Technical bids envelope. The Technical bids and Financial bids must be enclosed in separate sealed envelopes superscribing clearly on the face of the envelopes. Both the bids should be submitted in one envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bids are found to be successful. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will summarily rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of. |
