The Sr. Manager (Elect./AV) on behalf of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organization, invites tender for following works for IITF'2008 w.e.f. 14-27, November,2008 latest by 05.00PM on 25.09.2008.

The scope of work for Sl. No.1 includes (i) Preparation of two scripts on Infrastructure and Women Empowerment theme, getting it approved, preparation of rough cut and voice over for approval, and prepare the final film and laser show accordingly. (ii) Provide all necessary hardware and software with operational arrangements (iii) Arrange sponsorship of the show in return for 5 minutes (3 minutes at the beginning and 2 minutes at the end of each show) of publicity in the form of laser/video projection on screen. It is proposed to undertake projection of the two different scripts on the same theme in Hindi and English on alternative days/same day.

Specialised firms who meet the following criteria and are willing to tender for the work should apply to Senior Manager(Elect.), Room No.147, Annexe Building, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110001, latest by 5.00PM on 25.09.2008. For work at Sl. No.1 (1) Average financial annual turnover during last 3 years ending 31.03.2008 should be atleast 30% estimated cost of similar works (2) Experience of having successfully carried out outdoor video and laser projection works for Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs during last 7 years ending 31.07.2008 in following numbers and value: (a) Three works costing not less than 40% each of estimated cost or (b) Two works costing not less than 50% each of estimated cost or (c) one work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost. For Work at Sl. No.2 (1) Average financial annual turnover during last three years ending 31st March'2008, should be atleast 30% of estimated cost of similar work.(2) Experience of having successfully carried out similar work (providing CCTV on hire basis) for Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU during last 7 years ending 31.07.2008 in following Nos. and value (a) 3 works costing not less than 40% each of estimated cost or (b) 2 works costing not less than 50% of estimated cost or (c) one work costing not less than 80% estimated cost.

The applications should be accompanied with certified copies of balance sheets and satisfactory completion certificates issued by concerned Govt./Semi Govt./PSU for the works as above.

The Technical Bids & Financial Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelope supercribing clearly on the face of envelope. The financial bids will be opened only those agencies whose technical bids found to be successful. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the Deptt.

The date of submission of bids (both Technical & Financial) is upto 3.00 PM on or before 29.09.2008 and the only Technical bids will be opened at 3.30PM on same day. The intimation for opening of financial bids of only successful Technical bidder will be communicated separately.
