The Sr. Manager (Elect.), on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organization invites sealed item rate tenders in two bid system(Technical & Financial Bid) to be submitted in separate envelopes from Manufacturers or their authorized dealers/distributors for Supply installation, testing and commissioning of computer based multi energy X-ray baggages, inspection system of tunnel size 640mm X 430mm (6 Nos.) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. At an estimated cost of Rs.137.48 lakhs. The time for supplying and installation is one month. The tender documents can be purchased at a cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) (non refundable) to be deposited in cash or in the form of Demand Draft in favour of India Trade promotion Organization. The tender forms can be purchased from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm on all working days from 23.09.2009 to 29.09.2009. 

The earnest money amounting to Rs.2,74,960/- shall have to be deposited alongwith the tender in the form of bank draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation. Offers received without earnest money or with earnest money other than the amount and form specified shall summarily rejected. The technical bids will be received by 3.00PM on 1st October,2009. The demonstration of the machine offered shall be required to be done on the same day at 3.30 PM in Pragati Maidan. The technical bids will be opened after the demonstration on the same day.

Financial bids will be opened at 3.30PM on 5.10.2009 only of those bidders whose technical bids and demonstration qualify the criteria.
