Sealed quotation are invited by Manager(Elect.), Room No.147, India Trade Promotion Organisation(ITPO), Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on item rate basis so as to reach the undersigned on or before 05.03.2007 upto 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representative.

Terms & Condition :
      1. The quotationers must quote the rates for above mentioned description only.
      2. No extra on account of charge shall be paid.
      3. The quotationers should mention taxes etc. clearly in the quotation, if any.
      4. No advance payment shall be made.
      5. The delivery of the material should be done within 15 days time after receipt of supply order.
      6. The validity of the quotation should be 90 days from the date of opening.
      7. The tenderers/ quotationers are also advised to submit their offer separately alongwith quotations           for buy back of LCD Projector Model-LVP-S50UX make Mitsubishi.
      8. ITPO reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever.
