Quotation Notice
Sub:
AMC (comprehensive) for DLP projector Model: XD520U,
Make: Mitsubishi in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager (Elect./AV) India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi on item rate basis on behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 4-7-2011 by 3.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representatives.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
-
The duration of the contract period is one year from the date of issue of award letter/mention date in award letter.
- The rates offered should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotation and the service tax shall be quoted extra.
- Payment will be made quarterly/yearly after satisfactory services has been rendered by the contractor and no advance payment will be made
- Spares parts used should be genuine and good quality.
- The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking up the equipment.
- Breakdowns shall be attended promptly. In case of a breakdown of the projector, if the contractor fails to restore it within 24 hours of the intimation of breakdown by ITPO to him, he will provide a service projector till its restoration at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account.
- The quotationers should be linked/mentioned their PAN no., Tin no., Service Tax no. & E.P.F no.
- ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
