Quotation Notice
Sub: AMC(comprehensive) (except lamp,lens,batteries,remote and VGA cable and power cord)for D.L.P(projector)Make:Mitsubishi Model: XD520U. Sealed quotation are invited by Sr. Manager(Elect.), Room No.145, India Trade Promotion Organisation(ITPO), Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, for the following work on item rate basis so as to reach the undersigned on or before 28.06.2010 upto 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative.
Name of Work: AMC for DLP (projector) Make:Mitsubishi, Model: XD520U in Pragati Maidan,New Delhi. Terms & Conditions 1. The duration of the contract period is one year from the date of issue of award letter/to be mentioned dates in award letter. 2. The rates offered should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotations and shall indicate service tax and all other taxes seperatly. 3. Payment will be made quarterly/yearly after satisfactory services have been rendered by the contractor. 4. Spares supplied and used shall be genuine only and good quality. China make parts will not be accepted. 5. The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking up the equipment. 6. Breakdowns shall be attended promptly. In case of a breakdown of the projector, if the contractor fails to restore it within 4 hours of the intimation of breakdown by ITPO to him, he will provide a service projector till its restoration at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account. 7. ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever. 8. The contract will cover the accessories and attachments which are part & parcel of equipment also. 9. All glass items of projector are included except mentioned above.
