TENDER NOTICE Sub: Supply, Installation, Fixing & Commissioning of PA system at gates in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Sr. Manager (Elect/ AV), Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi invites two part (Technical and Financial bid) item rate tenders on behalf of Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation from the specialized agencies having experience in the field of providing for Supply, Installation, Fixing & Commissioning of Public Address system at various gates in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.The firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rupees 1.44 lakh in last 3 years ending 31.03.2010 (ii) experience of having Supply, Installation, Fixing & Commissioning works for Govt. Deptt./PSU/ITPO/EPC/ Exhibition Organizers etc. during last 7 years ending 31.05.2010 costing at least one work of Rs.3.83 lakh or two works of at least Rs.2.39 lakh each or three works of at least Rs.1.92 lakh each. The work mentioned above refers to similar work of providing of Supply, Installation, Fixing & Commissioning of Public Address system. The date of submission of Technical & financial bids is upto 3.00PM on or before 20/07/2010 and the Technical Bids will be opened at 3.30PM on the same day. The Technical bid along with Earnest Money & financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelope superscribing clearly on the face of the envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bid are found to be successful. The opening of financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.
In technical bid, the required documents should be submitted with attested copies from CA/Notary for average turnover, experience certificates issued by Executive Engineer/Manager level officer/ Event Organizers stated above and the attested copies of PAN/Service Tax No. etc. as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with the Tender(both Technical Bid and Financial Bid) through Bank Draft/cash drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender document, schedule of work, details of scheme, terms and conditions are also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender documents for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will be summarily rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of at any stage. The tender documents can be had between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 20/7/2010 from the office on written request supported by cost of tender as mentioned above ( non refundable ) in cash/ Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.
