Terms & Conditions:
1. The rates offered should be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of quotation.
2. The quotationers shall quote the rates of mentioned make only.
3. The agency has to deliver the material in good condition in our office, Nehru Pavilion, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
4. The quotationers should mention taxes etc. clearly in the quotation if any
5. No advance payment shall be made.
6.The delivery of the material should be done in two weeks time after receipt of supply order.
7. ITPO reserve the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasonwhat so ever.
